M\u00e1 zjednodu\u0161it slad\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edho a&nbsp;rodinn\u00e9ho \u017eivota, sn\u00ed\u017eit administrativu a&nbsp;pokra\u010dovat v\u202f<strong>digitalizaci st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-blog-highlight\" style=\"\">\r\n    <h2 class=\"c-blog-highlight__title\">\r\n            <\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"c-blog-highlight__text\">\r\n        <p>Uveden\u00e9 zm\u011bny m\u011bly platit u\u017e od 1. 1. 2025, nicm\u00e9n\u011b jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o flexinovele se zpozdilo. V platnost vstoup\u00ed nejsp\u00ed\u0161e <strong>od 1. 4. 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministr Jure\u010dka k&nbsp;t\u00e9to novele uvedl: <em>\u201eChceme, aby \u010cesk\u00e1 republika byla konkurenceschopn\u00e1 a&nbsp;nehr\u00e1la v&nbsp;Evrop\u011b druh\u00e9 housle. K&nbsp;dosa\u017een\u00ed tohoto c\u00edle je nezbytn\u00fd modern\u00ed a&nbsp;pru\u017en\u00fd pracovn\u00ed trh. Tento po\u017eadavek na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed variabilitu pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edch vztah\u016f dlouhodob\u011b rezonuje jak mezi zam\u011bstnavateli, tak mezi zam\u011bstnanci. Proto nyn\u00ed p\u0159edstavujeme tzv. flexibiln\u00ed novelu z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 vych\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;praktick\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f z&nbsp;praxe. Inspirujeme se u&nbsp;zem\u00ed, jako jsou N\u011bmecko, Rakousko a&nbsp;D\u00e1nsko, kde podobn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b funguj\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\/ \u00dapravy v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doby<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta v\u00a0d\u00e9lce 2\u00a0m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f dosud za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 a\u017e <strong>od 1.\u00a0dne<\/strong> m\u011bs\u00edce, kter\u00fd n\u00e1sleduje po m\u011bs\u00edci, kdy byla v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f pod\u00e1na (nap\u0159. v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f p\u0159evzata 24.\u00a05. 2024, v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta b\u011b\u017e\u00ed od 1.\u00a06. 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novela po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se zachov\u00e1n\u00edm 2m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fty s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee za\u010dne <strong>b\u011b\u017eet ji\u017e v&nbsp;den<\/strong>, kdy zam\u011bstnanec \u010di zam\u011bstnavatel <strong>v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f obdr\u017e\u00ed<\/strong> (nap\u0159. v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f p\u0159evzata 24. 5. 2024, v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta kon\u010d\u00ed 24. 7. 2024 \u2013 tzn. kon\u010d\u00ed v&nbsp;den, kter\u00fd se<strong> \u010d\u00edseln\u011b shoduje<\/strong> se dnem, kdy za\u010dala b\u011b\u017eet. Pokud takov\u00fd den v&nbsp;dan\u00e9m m\u011bs\u00edci neexistuje, p\u0159ipadne konec v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fty na posledn\u00ed den v&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona d\u00e1le zahrnuje <strong>zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fty<\/strong> pro zam\u011bstnance, kte\u0159\u00ed poru\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed k\u00e1ze\u0148 nebo kte\u0159\u00ed nebudou spl\u0148ovat z\u00e1konn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky pro v\u00fdkon zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, a&nbsp;to ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch 2&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f <strong>pouze na 1&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\/ N\u00e1hrady od poji\u0161\u0165ovny m\u00edsto odstupn\u00e9ho po pracovn\u00edm \u00farazu a&nbsp;nemoci z&nbsp;povol\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159i ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00ed pom\u011bru z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu pracovn\u00edho \u00farazu \u010di pozbyt\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed zp\u016fsobilosti ji\u017e <strong>nebude <\/strong>zam\u011bstnavatel vypl\u00e1cet odstupn\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00edsto odstupn\u00e9ho <strong>bude vypl\u00e1cet n\u00e1hradu poji\u0161\u0165ovna<\/strong>, u&nbsp;kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatel uzav\u0159en\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (nej\u010dast\u011bji Kooperativa).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tato n\u00e1hrada bude <strong>ve stejn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i <\/strong>jako odstupn\u00e9, tzn. minim\u00e1ln\u011b 12n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku zam\u011bstnance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\/ Del\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moment\u00e1ln\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba \u010din\u00ed u&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f <strong>3&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edce<\/strong> a&nbsp;u&nbsp;vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f a\u017e <strong>6&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f<\/strong>. Po novele se <strong>prodlou\u017e\u00ed <\/strong>u&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f <strong>a\u017e na 4&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edce<\/strong>, u&nbsp;vedouc\u00edch <strong>na 8&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm v\u0161ak z\u016fstane <strong>mo\u017enost si zvolit<\/strong>, zda cht\u011bj\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dobu dle nov\u00fdch \u010di star\u00fdch pravidel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\/ Rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 a&nbsp;garance pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i n\u00e1vratu z&nbsp;rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 <strong>do 2&nbsp;let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte<\/strong> bude muset nov\u011b zam\u011bstnavatel dr\u017eet zam\u011bstnanci tzv. <strong>\u201estejnou \u017eidli\u201c<\/strong>, tedy stejnou pracovn\u00ed pozici, ze kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanec odch\u00e1zel na mate\u0159skou, resp. rodi\u010dovskou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i n\u00e1vratu do pr\u00e1ce <strong>po 2. roku, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b v\u0161ak do 3&nbsp;let<\/strong> v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte plat\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00faprava, tzn. \u017ee zam\u011bstnanec mus\u00ed b\u00fdt za\u0159azen <strong>dle pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u011b<\/strong> uveden\u00e9 v&nbsp;pracovn\u00ed smlouv\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novela tak\u00e9 <strong>ru\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kaz p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blku<\/strong> b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 stejn\u00fdm druhem pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanec v&nbsp;pracovn\u00ed smlouv\u011b. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si zam\u011bstnanec bude moci (nap\u0159. na DPP \u010di DP\u010c) u&nbsp;zam\u011bstnavatele p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat <strong>i&nbsp;stejnou prac\u00ed<\/strong>, kterou m\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed smlouv\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-orange-highlight\" style=\"\">\n            <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__image\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/lightbulb.svg\" alt=\"\">\n        <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__text\">\n            <p>Zam\u011bstnavatel si u\u017e <b>nebude muset vym\u00fd\u0161let nov\u00e9 druhy pr\u00e1ce<\/b>, kter\u00e9 uvede do smlouvy o&nbsp;p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blku, co\u017e bylo dote\u010f v&nbsp;praxi \u010dast\u00fdm zvykem.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5\/ Pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e9 brig\u00e1dy u\u017e od 14&nbsp;let<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moment\u00e1ln\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 si vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat a\u017e od 15&nbsp;let p\u0159i spln\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednky dokon\u010den\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zky. Novela umo\u017en\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek<strong> ji\u017e 14let\u00fdm<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b povinou \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku <strong>neukon\u010dili<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek bude mo\u017en\u00fd pouze v&nbsp;dob\u011b <strong>hlavn\u00edch letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin<\/strong> (\u010dervenec, srpen) a&nbsp;jen <strong>na DPP \u010di DP\u010c<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Souhlas s&nbsp;brig\u00e1dou mus\u00ed podepsat z\u00e1konn\u00ed z\u00e1stupci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pracovn\u00ed doba bude \u010dinit<strong> maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 35&nbsp;h&nbsp;t\u00fddn\u011b<\/strong>, resp. 7&nbsp;h&nbsp;denn\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zam\u011bstnavatel bude povinen poskytnut zam\u011bstnanci <strong>nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fd denn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek<\/strong> po dobu alespo\u0148 14 hodin b\u011bhem 24 hodin po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tak\u00e9 se bude muset jednat <strong>o&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci leh\u010d\u00edho charakteru<\/strong> \u2013 tito brig\u00e1dn\u00edci budou moci vykon\u00e1vat druhy pr\u00e1ce za\u0159azen\u00e9 do prvn\u00ed kategorie podle z\u00e1kona o<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>ochran\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6\/ Samorozvrhov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby a&nbsp;doba odpo\u010dinku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samorozvrhov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby je v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>v&nbsp;re\u017eimu na d\u00e1lku<\/strong> (tzv. home office). Novela umo\u017en\u00ed, \u017ee si <strong>po dohod\u011b<\/strong> se zam\u011bstnavatelem m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnanec svou pracovn\u00ed dobu rozvrhnout i&nbsp;<strong>p\u0159\u00edmo na pracovi\u0161ti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tak\u00e9 p\u0159ibude mo\u017enost<strong> zkr\u00e1tit denn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek<\/strong> zam\u011bstnance na 6&nbsp;hodin, ale pouze v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a&nbsp;havarijn\u00edch stav\u016f. Odpo\u010dinek pot\u00e9 bude muset b\u00fdt zam\u011bstnanci <strong>nahrazen n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7\/ V\u00fdplata mzdy v&nbsp;jin\u00e9 m\u011bn\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmy p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed v&nbsp;\u010cesku budou m\u00edt mo\u017enost vypl\u00e1cet sv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm mzdu i&nbsp;v&nbsp;<strong>jin\u00e9\u202fm\u011bn\u011b<\/strong> ne\u017e pouze v&nbsp;\u010desk\u00fdch korun\u00e1ch. Podm\u00ednkou pro vyplacen\u00ed v&nbsp;ciz\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b bude, \u017ee tuto m\u011bnu m\u00e1 \u010cNB ve sv\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnb.cz\/cs\/platebni-styk\/sluzby-pro-klienty\/kurzovni-listek-cnb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>kurzovn\u00edm l\u00edstku<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sou\u010dasn\u011b mus\u00ed j\u00edt o&nbsp;zam\u011bstnance, kte\u0159\u00ed spadaj\u00ed do n\u011bkter\u00e9 z&nbsp;t\u011bchto kategori\u00ed:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maj\u00ed <strong>m\u00edsto v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce<\/strong> v&nbsp;zahrani\u010d\u00ed;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci na z\u00e1klad\u011b povolen\u00ed k&nbsp;zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9 karty nebo povolen\u00ed k&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9mu pobytu;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jsou ob\u010dany <strong>jin\u00e9ho \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu EU<\/strong> a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejsou ob\u010dan\u00e9 \u010cR;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017eij\u00ed trvale v&nbsp;zahrani\u010d\u00ed nebo tam hrad\u00ed n\u00e1klady na \u017eivotn\u00ed pot\u0159eby sebe nebo sv\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-blog-highlight\" style=\"\">\r\n    <h2 class=\"c-blog-highlight__title\">\r\n            <\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"c-blog-highlight__text\">\r\n        <p>Pro p\u0159epo\u010det jejich mzdy se pou\u017eije <strong>kurz vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd \u010cNB<\/strong> pro 1. pracovn\u00ed den v\u00a0kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edci n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm po m\u011bs\u00edci, kdy zam\u011bstnanci vzniklo pr\u00e1vo na mzdu (pokud si nedohodli jin\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den).<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8\/ Zrovnopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed registrovan\u00fdch partner\u016f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registrovan\u00ed partne\u0159i z\u00edskaj\u00ed <strong>stejn\u00fd n\u00e1rok<\/strong> na p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnance, jako maj\u00ed man\u017eel\u00e9 (nap\u0159. z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu svatby, poh\u0159bu a&nbsp;jin\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tak\u00e9 nabydou pr\u00e1va p\u0159i p\u0159echodu mzdov\u00fdch pr\u00e1v po smrti zam\u011bstnance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9\/ Doru\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed mzdov\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bru<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zam\u011bstnavatel bude moci doru\u010dovat platebn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011br <strong>intern\u00edmi elektronick\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my<\/strong> (nap\u0159. e-mail apod\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zam\u011bstnanec bude muset do 15 dn\u016f <strong>potvrdit jeho p\u0159evzet\u00ed<\/strong> (nap\u0159. odkliknut\u00edm o&nbsp;p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed, odpov\u011bd\u00ed apod\u2026), jinak bude toto doru\u010den\u00ed br\u00e1no jako neplatn\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zam\u011bstnanec tak\u00e9 mus\u00ed <strong>m\u00edt mo\u017enost<\/strong> si tento v\u00fdm\u011br nap\u0159. ulo\u017eit, p\u0159eposlat nebo vytisknout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-orange-highlight\" style=\"\">\n            <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__image\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/lightbulb.svg\" alt=\"\">\n        <\/div>\n                <h3 class=\"c-orange-highlight__title\">\n            Od tu\u017eky ke cloudu \u2013 jak je na tom va\u0161e firma?        <\/h3>\n                <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__text\">\n            <p>Zjist\u011bte, jak si vedete v&nbsp;digitalizaci \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed a&nbsp;mezd!
