Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0<strong>nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy<\/strong>, ru\u0161\u00ed se institut zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy v\u00a0soukrom\u00e9m sektoru i\u00a0povinn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny dovolen\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pracuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fchodci dostanou mo\u017enost slevy na soci\u00e1ln\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0zm\u011bny se dotknou i\u00a0<strong>zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm<\/strong>. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme v\u00e1m p\u0159ehled v\u0161ech d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch novinek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ji\u017e platn\u00e1 novela zavedla nov\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010det pro minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu, kter\u00fd vych\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;<strong>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy<\/strong> v&nbsp;\u010cR a&nbsp;<strong>z&nbsp;koeficientu<\/strong>, kter\u00fd vl\u00e1da stanov\u00ed v\u017edy na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dvoulet\u00e9 obdob\u00ed. MPSV bude minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu pro dal\u0161\u00ed kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed&nbsp;rok&nbsp;vyhla\u0161ovat <strong>nejpozd\u011bji do 30. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V roce 2025 \u010din\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda 20&nbsp;800 K\u010d, resp. 124,40 K\u010d\/hod.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti je tak\u00e9 zru\u0161en <strong>institut zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong>. V\u00a0soukrom\u00e9m sektoru se tedy od roku 2025 <strong>nemus\u00ed<\/strong> dodr\u017eovat st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch 8 skupin zaru\u010den\u00fdch mezd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nov\u011b se naopak zav\u00e1d\u00ed institut <strong>zaru\u010den\u00fdch plat\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 budou dodr\u017eovat zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 ve st\u00e1tn\u00edm&nbsp;sektoru. Zaru\u010den\u00e9 platy budou rozd\u011bleny do 4 skupin a&nbsp;odstup\u0148ov\u00e1ny podle n\u00e1sobk\u016f minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-orange-highlight\" style=\"\">\n            <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__image\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/exclamation.svg\" alt=\"\">\n        <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__text\">\n            <p>St\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00a0platnosti pravidlo <strong>z\u00e1kazu diskriminace<\/strong> a&nbsp;povinnosti <strong>rovn\u00e9ho zach\u00e1zen\u00ed<\/strong> se v\u0161emi zam\u011bstnanci.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zru\u0161en\u00ed pl\u00e1n\u016f dovolen\u00fdch<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V platnost vstoupilo tak\u00e9 <strong>zru\u0161en\u00ed pl\u00e1n\u016f dovolen\u00fdch<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 dosud musel zam\u011bstnavatel sestavovat pro sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od nov\u00e9ho roku u\u017e <strong>nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba<\/strong> tvo\u0159it p\u00edsemn\u00fd rozvrh \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed dovolen\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rozhodn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem pro zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed mal\u00e9ho rozsahu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od 1. 1. 2025 <strong>vzrostl rozhodn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem<\/strong> pro zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed mal\u00e9ho rozsahu (nej\u010dast\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd u\u00a0zam\u011bstnanc\u016f na DP\u010c), a\u00a0to na <strong>4\u00a0500 K\u010d v\u010detn\u011b<\/strong>. Od t\u00e9to v\u00fd\u0161e odm\u011bny je nutn\u00e9 odv\u00e9st soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a\u00a0zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0p\u0159i nepodeps\u00e1n\u00ed prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed poplatn\u00edka tak\u00e9 z\u00e1lohovou nam\u00edsto sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 dan\u011b.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zm\u011bny v\u00a0benefitech<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00faprav\u011b plat\u00ed limit pro osvobozen\u00ed benefit\u016f zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve <strong>v\u00fd\u0161i poloviny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong> \u2013 pro rok 2025 tedy \u010din\u00ed <strong>23\u00a0278,50 K\u010d<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nov\u011b se tento limit nav\u00edc <strong>rozli\u0161uje dle charakteru benefit\u016f:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pro <strong>zdravotn\u00ed benefity<\/strong> (po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo slu\u017eeb zdravotn\u00edho, l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9ho, hygienick\u00e9ho nebo obdobn\u00e9ho charakteru a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zdravotnick\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f na l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd p\u0159edpis) by platil limit samostatn\u00fd, a&nbsp;to ve <strong>v\u00fd\u0161i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong>, tzn. 46&nbsp;557 K\u010d v&nbsp;roce 2025.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro <strong>v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed <\/strong>by i&nbsp;nad\u00e1le platil \u00fahrnn\u00fd limit <strong>poloviny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sleva pro pracuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fchodce<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <strong>d\u016fchodov\u00e9 reformy<\/strong> je mimo jin\u00e9 sleva na soci\u00e1ln\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <strong>pro pracuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fchodce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jde o slevu z\u00a0pojistn\u00e9ho za zam\u011bstnance, <strong>nikoli za zam\u011bstnavatele<\/strong> a\u00a0jej\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed povinnost\u00ed, ale <strong>mo\u017enost\u00ed<\/strong>. Pokud toti\u017e d\u016fchodce slevu vyu\u017eije, p\u0159ijde o\u00a0n\u00e1rok na dodate\u010dn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed d\u016fchodu v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dnou \u010dinnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jak nov\u00e1 sleva funguje?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pracuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fchodce si m\u016f\u017ee u&nbsp;sv\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele za\u017e\u00e1dat&nbsp;o&nbsp;slevu <strong>ve v\u00fd\u0161i 6,5&nbsp;%<\/strong> z&nbsp;odvodu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee odvede pouze 0,6&nbsp;% nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edho pojistn\u00e9ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slevu mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt pouze p\u0159\u00edjemci d\u016fchodu <strong>starobn\u00edho<\/strong>, ne invalidn\u00edho.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aby si zam\u011bstnanec mohl slevu vyu\u017e\u00edt, mus\u00ed splnit podm\u00ednku <strong>v\u00fdplaty d\u016fchodu v&nbsp;pln\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 mus\u00ed platit <strong>po cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc <\/strong>(bude se posuzovat v\u017edy k&nbsp;1. dni v&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edci). Z&nbsp;tohoto vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;<strong>slevu m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pracuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fchodce o&nbsp;slevu <strong>nem\u016f\u017ee u zam\u011bstnavatele \u017e\u00e1dat zp\u011btn\u011b,<\/strong> ale m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1rok <strong>zp\u011btn\u011b uplatnit na OSSZ <\/strong>\u2013 pod\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost o&nbsp;vr\u00e1cen\u00ed p\u0159eplatku a&nbsp;kdy\u017e spln\u00ed v\u0161echny zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, tak mu OSSZ pojistn\u00e9 vr\u00e1t\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V \u017e\u00e1dosti o&nbsp;slevu u&nbsp;zam\u011bstnavatele mus\u00ed <strong>prok\u00e1zat<\/strong>, \u017ee na ni m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok. Dolo\u017e\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>rozhodnut\u00ed <\/strong>o&nbsp;p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu +<strong> \u010destn\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> o&nbsp;n\u00e1roku na v\u00fdplatu starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu v&nbsp;pln\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nebo <strong>potvrzen\u00ed <\/strong>pl\u00e1tce d\u016fchodu o&nbsp;pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu v&nbsp;pln\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i, kde bude uveden den, od kdy v\u00fdplata d\u016fchodu n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zm\u011bny v\u00a0n\u00e1hradn\u00edm pln\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Povinnost zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm se t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u0161ech, kdo zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed <strong>v\u00edce ne\u017e 25 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f<\/strong> v\u00a0pracovn\u00edm pom\u011bru (v\u00a0p\u0159epo\u010dten\u00e9m stavu). Pokud je tedy p\u0159epo\u010dten\u00fd stav vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 25, m\u011bl by zahrnovat <strong>alespo\u0148 4\u00a0% zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krom\u011b zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm mohou podnikatel\u00e9 povinn\u00fd pod\u00edl\u00a0splnit tak\u00e9 <strong>odb\u011brem v\u00fdrobk\u016f a\u00a0slu\u017eeb z\u00a0chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch d\u00edlen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kdy\u017e povinnost nespln\u00ed ani jednou z mo\u017enost\u00ed, mus\u00ed m\u00edsto toho zaplatit <strong>odvod do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu<\/strong> \u2013 a\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e tohoto odvodu se <strong>od roku 2025<\/strong> <strong>m\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dosud platilo, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel, kter\u00fd povinn\u00fd pod\u00edl nespln\u00ed jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, povinn\u011b odv\u00e1d\u00ed do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu <strong>2,5n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy<\/strong> v&nbsp;n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed za 1. a\u017e 3. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku, v&nbsp;n\u011bm\u017e mu nastala povinnost tento povinn\u00fd pod\u00edl plnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nov\u011b se <strong>v\u00fd\u0161e odvodu<\/strong> uprav\u00ed dle toho, <strong>kolik procent osob<\/strong> se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm (ZP) podnikatel zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1, resp. nezam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1. \u00daprava m\u00e1 za c\u00edl <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it z\u00e1jem<\/strong> o\u00a0zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm a\u00a0<strong>zv\u00fdhodnit<\/strong> ty, kdo tyto osoby zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 1 %&nbsp;<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">3,5n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">1\u20133 %&nbsp;<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">2n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">3\u20134 %&nbsp;<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" class=\"c-blog-highlight__title\">\r\n            <\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"c-blog-highlight__text\">\r\n        <p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda za 1. a\u017e 3. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2024 podle MPSV \u010din\u00ed <strong>45 107&nbsp;K\u010d<\/strong> (v&nbsp;roce 2024 \u0161lo o&nbsp;42 427\u00a0K\u010d).<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vstupn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky (platnost od 1. 7. 2025)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od 1. 7. 2025 dojde ke zru\u0161en\u00ed vstupn\u00edch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch prohl\u00eddek <strong>pro 1. kategorii rizikovosti zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> dle z\u00e1kona o\u00a0ochran\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I p\u0159es zru\u0161en\u00ed si tyto prohl\u00eddky bude moci jak zam\u011bstnavatel, tak i\u00a0uchaze\u010d o\u00a0zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>vy\u017e\u00e1dat<\/strong>, ale z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed pouze <strong>na dobrovoln\u00e9 b\u00e1zi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ostatn\u00ed novinky v pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed oblasti<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dal\u0161\u00edm rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m jsme se v\u011bnovali v&nbsp;samostatn\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/sk\/post\/novela-zakoniku-prace-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Novela z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce<\/a> (\u00fapravy v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed a&nbsp;zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby, brig\u00e1dy u\u017e od 14 let, vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed mzdy v&nbsp;jin\u00e9 m\u011bn\u011b, trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edch pom\u011br\u016f na dobu ur\u010ditou&#8230;).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/sk\/post\/zmeny-dpp-2024-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dohody o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce<\/a> (nov\u00e9 limity pro odvody pojistn\u00e9ho a&nbsp;dan\u011b).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/sk\/post\/novela-nemocenske-pojisteni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Novela z\u00e1kona o nemocensk\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/a>
