Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste u\u017e o n\u00ed sly\u0161eli, mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s teprve \u010dek\u00e1 prvn\u00ed kontakt s nov\u00fdmi pravidly. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je novela navr\u017eena tak, aby v\u00e1m \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e jste zam\u011bstnanec, rodi\u010d, student, nebo zam\u011bstnavatel \u2013 p\u0159inesla v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu, jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed administrativu a lep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti slad\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce s osobn\u00edm \u017eivotem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poj\u010fme si spole\u010dn\u011b proj\u00edt, co se konkr\u00e9tn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed a jak\u00e9 v\u00fdhody to m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doba:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u0159\u00edve jste museli p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdi \u010dekat, a\u017e za\u010dne nov\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc, aby za\u010dala b\u011b\u017eet v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta. Nov\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doba u\u017e od dne, kdy v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f doru\u010d\u00edte nebo p\u0159evezmete. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud se rozhodnete pro zm\u011bnu, nemus\u00edte zbyte\u010dn\u011b \u010dekat a m\u016f\u017eete pl\u00e1novat sv\u016fj dal\u0161\u00ed krok mnohem pru\u017en\u011bji.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta nov\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u011b\u017eet okam\u017eikem doru\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdi, nikoliv a\u017e od prvn\u00edho dne n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho m\u011bs\u00edce. Zam\u011bstnanci i zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 tak z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu p\u0159i ukon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u011b poru\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed k\u00e1ze\u0148 nebo nespln\u00ed z\u00e1konn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, lze v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftu zkr\u00e1tit na jeden m\u011bs\u00edc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Odstupn\u00e9 po \u00farazu nebo nemoci? Nov\u011b od poji\u0161\u0165ovny<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pokud byste museli skon\u010dit v pr\u00e1ci kv\u016fli pracovn\u00edmu \u00farazu nebo nemoci z povol\u00e1n\u00ed, u\u017e se nemus\u00edte spol\u00e9hat na zam\u011bstnavatele. Nov\u011b v\u00e1m n\u00e1hradu ve v\u00fd\u0161i minim\u00e1ln\u011b 12n\u00e1sobku pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku vyplat\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo poji\u0161\u0165ovna, u kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatel povinn\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sjednan\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159i ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru z d\u016fvodu pracovn\u00edho \u00farazu \u010di nemoci z povol\u00e1n\u00ed ji\u017e odstupn\u00e9 nevypl\u00e1c\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel, ale p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 poji\u0161\u0165ovna, u kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatel povinn\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. V\u00fd\u0161e n\u00e1hrady z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u011b 12n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Del\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba: V\u00edce \u010dasu na rozhodnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zam\u011bstnanci i zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 te\u010f maj\u00ed mo\u017enost domluvit se na del\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dob\u011b \u2013 a\u017e 4 m\u011bs\u00edce pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pozice a a\u017e 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f pro vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky. Pokud v\u00e1m st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e9lka vyhovuje, nic se pro v\u00e1s nem\u011bn\u00ed. Nov\u011b je ale mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e9lku zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby m\u011bnit i b\u011bhem pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru, pokud se na tom ob\u011b strany dohodnou<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba se prodlu\u017euje na 4 m\u011bs\u00edce pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance a na 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f pro vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 si mohou zvolit, zda vyu\u017eij\u00ed novou nebo p\u016fvodn\u00ed d\u00e9lku zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby. Zm\u011bnu lze sjednat i dohodou b\u011bhem trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>N\u00e1vrat z rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9: Va\u0161e m\u00edsto z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vr\u00e1tit se z rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 do pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stresuj\u00edc\u00ed. Nov\u011b m\u00e1te jistotu, \u017ee pokud se vrac\u00edte do dvou let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte, zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00e1m mus\u00ed nab\u00eddnout stejnou pozici, jakou jste m\u011bli p\u0159ed odchodem. Nav\u00edc si m\u016f\u017eete b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 p\u0159ivyd\u011blat i stejnou prac\u00ed, kterou m\u00e1te ve smlouv\u011b \u2013 t\u0159eba na dohodu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zam\u011bstnavatel je povinen dr\u017eet stejnou pracovn\u00ed pozici zam\u011bstnanci vracej\u00edc\u00edmu se z rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 do dvou let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nov\u011b je umo\u017en\u011bno p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat si b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 stejn\u00fdm druhem pr\u00e1ce, jak\u00fd m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanec ve smlouv\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad na DPP nebo DP\u010c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Brig\u00e1dy pro mlad\u0161\u00ed: Prvn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti u\u017e od 14 let<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pokud m\u00e1te doma \u010dtrn\u00e1ctilet\u00e9ho studenta, kter\u00fd si chce v l\u00e9t\u011b p\u0159ivyd\u011blat, novela mu to umo\u017e\u0148uje. B\u011bhem letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin m\u016f\u017ee pracovat na dohodu, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 35 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jen s va\u0161\u00edm souhlasem a u leh\u010d\u00edch prac\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti tak mohou p\u0159ij\u00edt d\u0159\u00edve, ale st\u00e1le bezpe\u010dn\u011b a pod dohledem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Novela umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek ji\u017e 14let\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm b\u011bhem letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin, a to na z\u00e1klad\u011b souhlasu z\u00e1konn\u00fdch z\u00e1stupc\u016f. Pr\u00e1ce je mo\u017en\u00e1 pouze na DPP nebo DP\u010c, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 35 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b, a pouze u leh\u010d\u00edch prac\u00ed po vstupn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pracovn\u00ed doba na m\u00edru<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chcete si rozvrhnout pracovn\u00ed dobu podle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb? Nov\u011b to lze nejen p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci z domova, ale i p\u0159\u00edmo na pracovi\u0161ti, pokud se tak domluv\u00edte se zam\u011bstnavatelem. V mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch situac\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt denn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek krat\u0161\u00ed, ale v\u017edy v\u00e1m mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nahrazen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zam\u011bstnanci si mohou po dohod\u011b se zam\u011bstnavatelem rozvrhnout pracovn\u00ed dobu i na pracovi\u0161ti, nejen p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci na d\u00e1lku. V mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i havarijn\u00edch stavech, lze zkr\u00e1tit denn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek na 6 hodin, s povinnost\u00ed jeho n\u00e1hrady n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mzda v ciz\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pracujete pro zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmu? Nov\u011b m\u016f\u017eete dost\u00e1vat mzdu i v jin\u00e9 m\u011bn\u011b ne\u017e v korun\u00e1ch \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad v eurech, pokud spln\u00edte z\u00e1konem dan\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmy mohou vypl\u00e1cet mzdu v m\u011bn\u011b, kter\u00e1 je uvedena v kurzovn\u00edm l\u00edstku \u010cNB, pokud je spln\u011bna n\u011bkter\u00e1 z podm\u00ednek (nap\u0159. m\u00edsto v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, ciz\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nost apod.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stejn\u00e1 pr\u00e1va pro registrovan\u00e9 partnery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pokud \u017eijete v registrovan\u00e9m partnerstv\u00ed, novela v\u00e1m zaru\u010duje stejn\u00e1 pr\u00e1va jako man\u017eel\u016fm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registrovan\u00ed partne\u0159i maj\u00ed stejn\u00e1 pr\u00e1va jako man\u017eel\u00e9 v oblasti p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek v pr\u00e1ci (nap\u0159. svatba, poh\u0159eb) a p\u0159i p\u0159echodu mzdov\u00fdch pr\u00e1v po smrti zam\u011bstnance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elektronick\u00e9 doru\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed mzdov\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bru<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mzdov\u00fd v\u00fdm\u011br u\u017e nemus\u00edte dost\u00e1vat jen pap\u00edrov\u011b. Nov\u011b v\u00e1m ho m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel poslat elektronicky, nap\u0159\u00edklad e-mailem. Vy jen potvrd\u00edte p\u0159evzet\u00ed \u2013 a m\u00e1te v\u0161e p\u0159ehledn\u011b a rychle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mzdov\u00fd v\u00fdm\u011br mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zam\u011bstnanci p\u0159ed\u00e1n p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem do pr\u00e1ce, a to i p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bru u st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Nov\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 doru\u010dovat v\u00fdm\u011br elektronicky, zam\u011bstnanec mus\u00ed p\u0159evzet\u00ed potvrdit do 15 dn\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010det pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pokud se v\u00e1m b\u011bhem rozhodn\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed zm\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed \u00favazek, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdd\u011blek se bude po\u010d\u00edtat podle pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby za cel\u00e9 obdob\u00ed. V\u00fdpo\u010det tak bude p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a spravedliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdd\u011blek po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 podle pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby v rozhodn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed, nikoli podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pracovn\u00ed smlouvy na dobu ur\u010ditou \u2013 v\u00fdjimka<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>St\u00e1le plat\u00ed, \u017ee smlouva na dobu ur\u010ditou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt uzav\u0159ena maxim\u00e1ln\u011b na t\u0159i roky a lze ji opakovat nejv\u00fd\u0161e dvakr\u00e1t. P\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 ale v\u00fdjimka pro z\u00e1stupy za mate\u0159skou, rodi\u010dovskou a otcovskou dovolenou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pracovn\u00ed smlouva na dobu ur\u010ditou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt uzav\u0159ena maxim\u00e1ln\u011b na 3 roky a opakov\u00e1na nejv\u00fd\u0161e dvakr\u00e1t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdjimka plat\u00ed p\u0159i zastupov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f na mate\u0159sk\u00e9 nebo rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 \u2013 zde lze smlouvu prodlu\u017eovat v\u00edcekr\u00e1t, ale st\u00e1le plat\u00ed, \u017ee maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed souhrnn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru je 9 let.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vstupn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka nen\u00ed povinn\u00e1 pro pr\u00e1ce v 1. (nerizikov\u00e9) kategorii, pokud si ji nevy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatel nebo zam\u011bstnanec. U dohod o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti ve 2. kategorii je nov\u011b vstupn\u00ed prohl\u00eddka povinn\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zdravotn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky: Jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravidla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vstupn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka u\u017e nen\u00ed povinn\u00e1 pro pr\u00e1ce v prvn\u00ed (nerizikov\u00e9) kategorii, pokud si ji nevy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1te vy nebo zam\u011bstnavatel. U dohod ve druh\u00e9 kategorii je naopak nov\u011b povinn\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ml\u010denlivost o v\u00fd\u0161i mzdy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Od \u010dervna u\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 po\u017eadovat, abyste o sv\u00e9 mzd\u011b museli ml\u010det.<\/strong> <strong>Pokud m\u00e1te ve smlouv\u011b dolo\u017eku o ml\u010denlivosti ohledn\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e mzdy, doporu\u010duje se ji odstranit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Od 1. 6. 2025 nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 v pracovn\u00ed smlouv\u011b sjedn\u00e1vat dolo\u017eky o ml\u010denlivosti ohledn\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e mzdy. Ministerstvo doporu\u010duje tyto dolo\u017eky ze smluv odstranit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co z toho plyne pro v\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shrnut\u00ed z pohledu zam\u011bstnavatele<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rychlej\u0161\u00ed a flexibiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny<\/strong><br>V\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doba za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u011b\u017eet u\u017e dnem doru\u010den\u00ed, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje rychlej\u0161\u00ed ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edch pom\u011br\u016f a lep\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00edch kapacit.
