Ke\u010f\u017ee sa soci\u00e1lni partneri ani tentoraz nedohodli, uplatn\u00ed sa automatick\u00e9 pravidlo pod\u013ea \u00a7 8 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 663\/2007 Z. z. o minim\u00e1lnej mzde, teda 60 % z priemernej mesa\u010dnej nomin\u00e1lnej mzdy za predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci rok. Z priemernej mzdy 1 524 \u20ac tak po zaokr\u00fahlen\u00ed vych\u00e1dza <strong>minim\u00e1lna mzda 915 \u20ac mesa\u010dne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oproti roku 2025 ide o <strong>n\u00e1rast o 99 \u20ac<\/strong> oproti aktu\u00e1lnej sume 816 \u20ac. V prepo\u010dte na jednu pracovn\u00fa hodinu to znamen\u00e1 <strong>5,259 \u20ac za hodinu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"c-orange-highlight\" style=\"\">\n            <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__image\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.e-cons.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/lightbulb.svg\" alt=\"\">\n        <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"c-orange-highlight__text\">\n            <p>Minim\u00e1lna mzda predstavuje <strong>najni\u017e\u0161iu mo\u017en\u00fa sumu<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa mo\u017eno zamestnancovi zaplati\u0165 za jeho pr\u00e1cu \u2013 teda doln\u00fa hranicu, pod ktor\u00fa zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nem\u00f4\u017ee \u00eds\u0165.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stupne n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce a minim\u00e1lna mzda 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minim\u00e1lna mzda sa odli\u0161uje pod\u013ea stup\u0148a n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce.
