T\u00e1to je \u0161tandardne ur\u010dovan\u00e1 z\u00e1konn\u00fdm automatom ako percentu\u00e1lny podiel (57 %) priemernej mesa\u010dnej nomin\u00e1lnej mzdy za predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci kalend\u00e1rny rok (v tomto pr\u00edpade 2022). Av\u0161ak pre tento rok do\u0161lo ku konsenzu medzi z\u00e1stupcami zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov a zamestnancov, aby sa v\u00fd\u0161ka minim\u00e1lnej mzdy&nbsp;<strong>ustanovila fixne a nie pod\u013ea automatu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fd\u0161ka minim\u00e1lnej mzdy pre rok 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od nov\u00e9ho roka n\u00e1s teda \u010dak\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e1rast minim\u00e1lnej mzdy zo s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch 700 \u20ac na sumu 750&nbsp;<\/strong>\u20ac. V prepo\u010dte na 1 pracovn\u00fa hodinu bude minim\u00e1lna mzda \u010dini\u0165&nbsp;<strong>4,310&nbsp;<\/strong>\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minim\u00e1lna mzda prestavuje najni\u017e\u0161iu mo\u017en\u00fa sumu, ktor\u00fa mo\u017eno zamestnancovi zaplati\u0165 za jeho pr\u00e1cu. Aktu\u00e1lne rozli\u0161ujeme 6 stup\u0148ov, pri\u010dom ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich m\u00e1 z\u00e1konom ustanoven\u00fd&nbsp;<strong>minim\u00e1lny mzdov\u00fd n\u00e1rok definovan\u00fd rovnicou:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(suma mesa\u010dnej minim\u00e1lnej mzdy pre rok 2024 \u2013 mesa\u010dn\u00e1 mzda ur\u010den\u00e1 na rok 2020) + (mesa\u010dn\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna mzda * koeficient minim\u00e1lnej mzdy)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Koeficient je pre jednotliv\u00e9 stupne n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce stanoven\u00fd nasledovne:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u2013 koeficient 1 (t. j. suma sa rovn\u00e1 ustanovenej minim\u00e1lnej hranici danej z\u00e1konom o minim\u00e1lnej mzde)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u2013 koeficient 1,2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u2013 koeficient 1,4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u2013 koeficient 1,6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u2013 koeficient 1,8<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u2013 koeficient 2 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nav\u00fd\u0161enie minim\u00e1lnej mzdy ovplyvn\u00ed aj in\u00e9 mzdov\u00e9 n\u00e1roky zamestnancov<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okrem nav\u00fd\u0161enia z\u00e1kladnej mesa\u010dnej mzdy, alebo hodinovej sadzby, n\u00e1m t\u00e1to zmena z\u00e1rove\u0148 upravuje aj niektor\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00edplatky za pr\u00e1cu zamestnanca v ne\u0161tandardnom pracovnom \u010dase:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Druh pr\u00edplatku<\/th><th>Sadzba od 1. 1. 2024<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Sviatok (dohod\u00e1r)<\/td><td>najmenej 100 % minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, t. j. 4,31 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Nad\u010das<\/td><td>25 % priem. hodinov\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku (35 % rizikov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sobota<\/td><td>najmenej 50 % minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, t. j. 2,155 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Nede\u013ea<\/td><td>najmenej 100 % minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, t. j. 4,31 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>No\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca<\/td><td>najmenej 40 % minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, t. j. 1,724 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pracovn\u00e1 pohotovos\u0165 mimo pracoviska<\/td><td>najmenej 20 % minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, t. j. 0,862 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>S\u0165a\u017een\u00fd v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce<\/td><td>najmenej 20 % minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, t. j. 0,862 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tak ako po in\u00e9 roky,&nbsp;k 1. 1. 2024 n\u00e1s op\u00e4\u0165 \u010dak\u00e1 zmena minim\u00e1lnej mzdy.
